Slingo combines a bingo-style number card with five slot-style reels. Each reel lines up with one column on the card. When you spin, the reels land on numbers or special symbols. Mark enough cells to finish a row, column, or diagonal and you complete a Slingo.
This free version is a personal hobby project. Its balance, bets, costs, and awards all use virtual credits. You cannot deposit, withdraw, exchange, or redeem them for anything of value.
How a round works
- Pick a virtual-credit bet and start the round. You will get a fresh 5 by 5 number card.
- Spin the five reels. From left to right, each reel covers the card column beneath it.
- If a reel shows an open number in its own column, the game marks that number automatically.
- When a Joker or Super Joker appears, choose one of the valid open cells.
- Check the card for finished rows, columns, and diagonals. When you add a line, you receive the difference between the award for your old line total and the award for your new total.
- Keep spinning until you have used the base spins and any free spins, or mark the whole card to finish with a full house.
- Once the spins run out, collect the virtual-credit result or consider buying another spin if the game offers one.
An active round is saved in your browser. If you refresh the page on the same device, you should return to the same demo state. Clearing the site’s data also clears that progress.
Number matches and completed lines
Each reel and card column has its own number range. The first reel matches the first column, the second reel matches the second column, and the pattern continues across the card. Even if the same number appears elsewhere, a reel cannot mark a cell in another column.
A line is complete when all five of its cells are marked. There are 12 lines in total: five rows, five columns, and two full diagonals. One cell may count toward several of them. The center, for example, sits in a row, a column, and both diagonals.
Line awards are cumulative. You do not receive the full paytable amount again after every spin. When your line total reaches a higher level, the game adds only the difference between that level and the line awards already paid.
What each special symbol does
Joker
A Joker marks one open number in the column where it landed. If every cell in that column is already marked, the Joker has no available choice.
Super Joker
A Super Joker can mark any open number on the card. That freedom makes it useful for finishing a nearly complete line or marking a cell where several unfinished lines cross.
Coin
Each Coin adds 1x your selected bet to the round bank. If several Coins land on one spin, the game counts each of them.
Free Spin
A Free Spin symbol adds one spin when it lands during a base spin. It does not add another spin during a free or purchased spin, and the demo limits how many free spins can wait in the queue.
Devil
A Devil halves the round bank after any Coin awards from the same spin have been added. Your card marks and completed lines stay in place.
Cherub
When a Cherub and Devil appear together, the Cherub protects the bank from being halved. A Cherub without a Devil has a random chance to double the bank. Neither result changes card marks or line progress.
When a round ends
A full house ends the round immediately, with every number marked and all 12 lines complete. Otherwise, you reach a decision after using the available base and free spins. You can collect the current result or, if the option is offered and affordable, use your virtual balance to buy another spin. Only a limited number can be purchased, and each one costs more than the last.
Your choices cannot control the reels. They only determine how you use a Joker and whether you spend virtual credits on another spin. The Slingo strategy guide explains how to weigh those decisions, or you can return to the free demo and play.

Slingo payout table
Line awards are measured against the bet selected at the start of the round.
| Completed lines | Award |
|---|---|
| 1 | 0.1x bet |
| 2 | 0.2x bet |
| 3 | 0.3x bet |
| 4 | 1x bet |
| 5 | 2x bet |
| 6 | 3x bet |
| 7 | 5x bet |
| 8 | 10x bet |
| 9 | 20x bet |
| 10 | 100x bet |
| Full house (12 lines) | 500x bet |
Awards use virtual demo credits. Eleven completed lines cannot occur on this 5 by 5 card: completing every line except one would necessarily complete the remaining line too.
